The layers are angled to suit the natural working angle of a grinder, so more abrasive makes contact with the work surface. As the layers slowly wear, more abrasive is exposed for a constant finish throughout disc life • Much quieter than grinding discs • Ideal for 15° – 25° working angle • Aluminum backing provides extra strength, allowing for more aggressive grinding and better removal of material • For use on portable right-angle grinders • Suitable for use on a wide variety of materials, including stainless steel • Use for stock and weld removal, blending and dressing on truck and bus bodies, in shipbuilding and repair applications, on farm machinery and equipment, in fabricated structural metal and plate work, and in sheet metal work • No backing pad required Dia.
